Connect the Inosio platform to your Promas software and your residents and staff can immediately start using Inosio’s Maintenance, Applications, and Integrated Receivables services. Our modern Tenant Portal makes payments and maintenance requests convenient and easy for them, while saving you hours of manual entry and flat-file exchange issues.

The Inosio Integration

Inosio receives data from Promas whenever you run scheduled receivables or post a deposit slip. At any time you can sync all of your data with the click of a button.

3 easy steps to get started:

  1. Create an account with Inosio. Add the Promas integration to your account.

  2. Create an API key for each Promas database and copy & paste it into your Promas software.

  3. Click ‘Send Balances to Inosio’.

Navigate to the Residents page and send out invites.

  • It depends on the complexity of your business, but generally you can set up your Company up in less than an hour and be approved for processing that same day.

  • The contracts are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

  • If you incur charges, you will be auto-invoiced at the end of the month. You only pay for types of payments you make free for your residents.

  • Current residents will receive email invites to the Resident Portal within 1 hour after they are added via the Promas integration. Resident’s can also enter their property information directly into our website to find their account. Also, Property Managers can invite residents directly by logging into their account and ‘Managing the Resident’.

  • Its easy! Click ‘Join Us’ on the homepage or click ‘Sign In’, then select ‘Sign Up’ from any page on the Inosio website.
