Resident Portal

Inosio provides a Resident Portal which centralizes all of your resident’s activities into a single location.

Tenants and properties are automatically added to the platform. You control when resident’s get invites based on their move-in date.

Receipts and other data are added back to Promas with “just the right amount of automation”.

No Cost.

Residents incurs fees for payment ACH and cards.

Some Cost.

Residents enjoy free ACH. Residents pay fees if they want to use a card.

Go Digital.

Residents will be delighted as all online payments are free for them. ACH is free to you; you only pay card fees.

 
 

Pricing is highly flexible and can be modified at anytime during your Inosio contract. During sign up you will choose a clear pricing option and you can Contact Us to discuss further flexibility. Some exciting options to consider:

  • It depends on the complexity of your business, but generally you can set up your Company up in less than an hour and be approved for processing that same day.

  • The contracts are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

  • If you incur charges, you will be auto-invoiced at the end of the month. You only pay for types of payments you make free for your residents.

  • Current residents will receive email invites to the Resident Portal within 1 hour after they are added via the Promas integration. Resident’s can also enter their property information directly into our website to find their account. Also, Property Managers can invite residents directly by logging into their account and ‘Managing the Resident’.

  • Its easy! Click ‘Join Us’ on the homepage or click ‘Sign In’, then select ‘Sign Up’ from any page on the Inosio website.
