When you create your account you will be ask to complete our onboarding checklist. You'll need to spend ~15 minutes filling out information about your company, scheduling your implementation call, and sending us existing documents like applications and lease templates.

We're going to make sure you're a good fit during implementation and set appropriate expectations about the products and how they work. However, you can always cancel our services at anytime. You retain access to your data and we'll assist your coordinated transition to a new provider.

You are provided a dedicated 1:1 implementation rep to provide training, guidance, and answer emergent questions.
