How do owners or tenants get access to their portal?

Owner and tenant data originates from your accounting platform. When launching the portals there is a go-live sequence which includes communication from you and Inosio to your tenants and owners. They can register through those communications (emails/letters) or register online by looking up their email or property address.

Can payments be made through the portal?

Yes. The portals offer ACH, debit and credit card payments.

Is there a fee to make a payment?

Yes. Fees configuration is flexible. You can choose to have your payers absorb the processing costs or you can incur them. Any incurred expenses are billed monthly in arrears.

Can tenants set up a recurring payment?

Absolutely. We offer 'My Full Balance' recurring payments as well as other options.

Can owners view ledgers and important documents?

Yes, owners can view monthly statements, invoices, and other documents that you want to make available to them. Notifications are sent to the owners when new documents are available to be viewed. Also included is a 2+ year financial ledger.
